I offer motivation speaking for virtual and ‘face to face’ events. I am a keynote speaker for business meetings, Awaydays, conferences and educational sessions.

I have a unique ability to inspire people to unlock their own hidden potential and I have a very personal, inspirational story of my own leadership journey that I believe lifts spirits and can pull people together to consider – ‘what it is like to be on the receiving end of me’.

Diagnostic Assessment: working in partnership is vital to my work. Establishing ‘the ask’ and advising on ‘the reality’ is fundamental to our relationship.

Meeting and listening to key stakeholders: development of rapport and relationship to ensure that we meet outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Proposal: the production of a proposal document or presentation to jointly agree on what is to be delivered.

Agreement: contracting, budget and costings are agreed.
