I truly believe that leadership development must start with the individual and true progress cannot be made if a person does not acknowledge their own personal value, identity and impact.

I offer mentorship to support people who are feeling unsure about their next steps and this may include assisting to write a personal development plan, including aims and objective setting, actions, challenges and support to attain goals.

If professional coaching is identified as a goal or need, I have expertise in matching people to a coach that will support them professionally.

Diagnostic Assessment: working in partnership is vital to my work. Establishing ‘the ask’ and advising on ‘the reality’ is fundamental to our relationship.

Proposal: the production of a proposal document or presentation to jointly agree on what is to be delivered.
