HOW I CAN HELP
I work with all teams across health and social care to develop team engagement and performance. I acknowledge that team leadership and management style is fundamental and impacts on team capability, delivery and efficiency. I facilitate teams to unpick barriers and challenges to action initiatives for improving service performance.

Scoping

Diagnostic Assessment: working in partnership is vital to my work. Establishing ‘the ask’ and advising on ‘the reality’ is fundamental to our relationship.

Meeting and listening to key stakeholders: development of rapport and relationship to ensure that we meet outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Proposal: the production of a proposal document or presentation to jointly agree on what is to be delivered.

Agreement: contracting, budget and costings are agreed.
